We're an online store based in Noordwyk, Midrand, (Gauteng, South Africa). All orders are placed online, and we deliver across South Africa.
How much is shipping?
Our to-door delivery rates range from R75 to R135, depending on where you're located, as well as the size and weight of your order. The exact shipping cost will be calculated for you at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can make secure and instant payments via credit card, debit card, or instant EFT through PayFast.You can also choose Payflex to shop now and pay later, splitting your total into 4 equal, interest-free payments over 6 weeks.
How long does it take?
Orders with pre-printed labels and products that do not require any personalisation usually take 1-3 working days to fulfill, while custom labels and personalised products take 3-7 working days.
Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately not at this time. Order collections have been disabled indefinitely.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging. No return/exchanges for all labels & personalised items.
Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?
You can cancel or make changes to your order if it has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the adjustments.
How does Payflex Work?
Payflex is a Payment option that allows you to pay for your orders in 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks, with no additional fees
How do I care for my labels?
Our labels are UV printed on durable, high-quality vinyl that is waterproof. To clean, simply wipe them with a damp cloth or gently wash with a soft cloth, then rinse with water. Avoid immersing them in water for long periods.

Yes, we offer digital gift cards that are perfect for any occasion. You can choose the amount, and they’ll be delivered straight to your recipient’s email
