Fulfilment and Shipping

Please note the following information regarding order fulfillment and shipping:

1. Orders containing only ready-to-ship products take 1-3 working days to fulfil.
2. Orders containing custom labels take 4-7 working days to fulfil.
3. Mixed orders containing ready-to-ship products and custom labels will be dispatched once all items are ready.

We ship nationwide (in South Africa only). If you are outside of South Africa and would like to arrange your own courier, please send an email to hello@the-littlethings.co.za. 

The timeframes for fulfilment and shipping are subject to change depending on factors such as loadshedding and product availability. 

Shipping Fees 

We offer standard economy door-to-door delivery throughout South Africa. We select the most suitable courier based on your delivery area and the size and weight of your parcel.

Door-to-door delivery costs between R90 and R150 and is calculated automatically at checkout.

PUDO locker-to-locker delivery is available for eligible smaller orders. As this option is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order so that we can assist you manually.

Some addresses are classified as high-risk areas by our courier partners and may attract an additional delivery fee. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss the additional fee or an alternative delivery option.
