Fulfilment and Shipping

Please note the following information regarding order fulfillment and shipping:

Orders take between 1 and 7 working days to fulfill depending on the type of product ordered. Pre-printed labels and products that do not require any personalisation usually take 1-3 working days to fulfill. Custom labels and personalized products take 3-7 working days.

Please allow an additional 1-4 working days for shipping, depending on your location. We ship nationwide (in South Africa only). If you are outside of South Africa and would like to arrange your own courier, please send an email to beulah@the-littlethings.co.za. 

The timeframes for fulfilment and shipping are subject to change depending on factors such as loadshedding and product availability. 

Shipping Fees 

The calculation of shipping fees will take place during checkout and will vary between R65 for a small box and R170 for a large box. 

Collections 

You can opt to collect your order for free in Noordwyk, Midrand. A pick-up notification will be sent you with the location when your order is ready. It is important to note that the fulfilment terms, as stated above, will also apply to all collection orders.
