Shipping Information
At The Little Things, we aim to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to ensure that you receive your orders in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the key details and procedures related to shipping.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-7 business days keeping in mind that this timeframe is subject to change depending on factors such as loadshedding*, product availability & type of products ordered.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Rates
- We offer 1 shipping method which is standard to-door delivery using Courier Guy/PUDO as our main Courier Partner.
- To-door delivery rates vary based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the items in your order and ranges between R95 - R179. Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process.
- Certain areas are classified as high-risk by our courier partners, which may incur an additional delivery fee. If your delivery address falls within one of these areas, we will contact you promptly to discuss alternative delivery arrangements
Please ensure that you select the correct shipping method. If you choose the incorrect shipping method, you will be liable for all the fees involved in correcting your shipping method.
Collections
Collections have been disabled indefinitely.
Estimated Delivery Time
- The estimated delivery time for your order depends on the shipping method selected and your location.
- Standard to-door delivery typically takes 2-4 business days.
International Shipping
- We ship nationwide (in South Africa only). If you are outside of South Africa and would like to arrange your own courier, please send an email to orders@the-littlethings.co.za.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number through our website or the carrier's website
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
Delivery Issues
- If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, such as delays or damage during transit, please contact us at orders@the-littlethings.co.za.
Order Changes and Cancellations
- If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been shipped, changes may not be possible.
