Conveniently receive your order with Pargo Click and Collect

As door-to-door delivery costs continue to rise, we understand the need for an affordable alternative. That's why we've partnered with Pargo to introduce a cost-effective click and collect service, offering a fixed fee of R80 nationwide.

Pargo provides a network of pickup points strategically located in popular retail stores across South Africa, including Clicks, Edgars, Sasol, Spar, and more. This ensures convenient order collection, whether on your way home from work or as you combine pickups with your shopping.

Opting for the Pargo Click and Collect could be the perfect fit for you if:

  • Your location is hard to reach or challenging for couriers to find.
  • You're typically not home during the day, often missing courier deliveries.
  • You're currently out of town but want to place an online order today, with the convenience of collecting your parcel upon your return.
  • You reside in a remote location and prefer to collect your order when you're in town for other errands.

1. Add Items to Your Cart and Checkout:

  • Include your correct home address and contact information (email address and cellphone number). Your home address is crucial for identifying the nearest Pargo Pickup Points

2. Select Your Preferred Pickup Point:

  • Depending on your location, this step may occur before or after payment.
  • If it's before payment, choose your preferred 'Pargo Pickup Point' from the provided list (see example below).

  • If these options (as listed in the above example) are not suitable, select the last Pargo Pickup Point option. This allows you to choose your own pick up point after payment.

  • Additionaly, if pickup points aren't displayed before payment, opt for "Pargo Pickup Point | Select (other) Pargo Point after payment." Choose your pickup point on the order confirmation page post-payment.

Important: Do not refresh the order confirmation page after payment. Wait for the Pargo map to appear and then select your preferred pickup point. If no selection is made, the system will automatically assign the nearest pickup point to the address you provided.

3. Receive Order Updates:

  • After confirmation, expect email and SMS delivery updates, including the collection status and the time it's ready for pickup

Collecting your order 

  • Take your ID and the Pargo Code you get in the SMS or email when your parcel is ready for pick-up.
  • Pargo holds the parcel for 8 days from the moment you receive your sms/email notification. If you have not collected your parcel within 8 days, it will be returned to us. Resending the parcel again will result in additional costs billed to you.
